What we do

Occupational health as it is meant to be

Together with you, we work on a healthy and safe working environment. Close by, with short lines and a dedicated team that knows your organisation, and with an eye for what happens in people's private lives.

Our approach

Prevent where you can, step in early where you must

We focus on prevention, early intervention and solutions that last, so employees stay employable and engaged. That only works together: the employee, the manager and our occupational health professionals. And we look beyond the work, because what happens in someone's private life can affect their employability too.

  1. 01

    Prevention

Risks and signals in view before anyone drops out, with an RI&E, a PMO and prevention you can see working.

  2. 02

    Early intervention

At the first signs of reduced employability. You don't have to call in sick to get help.

  3. 03

    Lasting recovery

Back to work that fits, with the right help at the right moment and no waiting list.

  4. 04

    Together

Ownership lies with the manager and the employee. We make sure they know the next step.

You don’t have to be ill to get better.

From a dedicated occupational health team, we work together with you on improvement.

A dedicated doctor, case manager and advisors, and a regular social medical team meeting (SMT) with HR and managers. Ownership lies where it belongs: with the manager and the employee.

Switching smoothly. We take it over: ongoing cases, the first conversations and the communication. That way nobody falls through the cracks.

The four questions

Unravel first, then act

Behind a drop in employability there are four questions: work, private, medical and employment law. Before you act, you look at which question it really is.

A conflict is not an illness: reporting sick does not solve it. And the medical part is often the smallest of the four.

A dedicated core team

The same faces, short lines

You work with a small, dedicated team that gets to know your organisation. Where needed, an occupational expert, psychologist, lifestyle doctor or coach joins in. They work in the same team, so you never have to explain things twice.

  • Doctor

Registered, and on site at fixed times. Holds a consultation hour, also for people who are not yet ill.

  • Case manager

Keeps track of ongoing cases and coaches managers and HR.

  • Dedicated contact person

One point of contact for your organisation, for questions, agreements and reporting.

Switching

The first 90 days

You can switch halfway through a contract. We take over every ongoing case with a plan: first everything mapped, then a warm handover. The doctor and case manager speak to employees with an ongoing case themselves, and cases at risk go first.

  1. Month 1: baseline assessment

How your occupational health is organised today, where the absence is, what is going on in the teams. The result is a concrete plan, not a standard package.

  2. Month 2: the team at work

The doctor is on site, the case manager has every case in view, and managers know who to call.

  3. Month 3: first report

You see what has happened, what it delivers and where we adjust.

    Problem cases

A case that has been running for a long time or is completely stuck? Hand it to us. We will show you what we can do.

    • We map the risk of a loonsanctie (wage sanction)
    • Concrete actions to get the case moving again
    • A data processing agreement first, because we look at medical files
