Case management

Your dedicated case manager knows your organisation, keeps track of ongoing cases and helps managers have the right conversation in time.

Managing the process

The case manager keeps every ongoing case up to date: who is in contact, which agreements have been made, when the next step is due. That way nobody misses a deadline of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter), and everyone knows where they stand. How that works step by step is described under absence management.

Coach for managers and HR

Managers are often the first to notice that someone is not doing well. The case manager helps them have the conversation in time and well, and record agreements. HR has a dedicated sparring partner for ongoing cases and difficult situations.

The difference with the doctor

The doctor does what only a doctor can do. More about the doctor’s role under company doctors.

One dedicated team

The case manager works with the dedicated doctor and a dedicated contact person. Where needed, an occupational expert, psychologist or coach joins in. You never have to explain things twice. Read more about the whole team under what we do.
