Interim support

Your case manager or HR officer drops out, absence is rising or there is a project nobody is picking up? Then we step in temporarily and get everything back in order. After that we are happy to hand the assignment back, or make ourselves indispensable.

Support from experienced case managers

Your own case manager drops out or work is falling behind? Then an experienced case manager of ours temporarily joins your own way of working, on site or online.

We clear backlogs, review problem cases, put the case files in order and coach managers in the absence conversation. That way everything stays in order, also after we have left.

Advice & temporary support on projects

An absence policy that no longer fits, roles that overlap, or absence that needs to be organised differently after a reorganisation. We look at what is going on together with management and HR, and guide the change until it really lands.

We also take on projects you do not do every year, such as an RI&E, a PAGO or PMO or a tender for occupational health services. If we guide your tender, we naturally do not bid on it ourselves.

How we work

  1. We start with a conversation. What is going on, and what should be in place at the end?
  2. A clear assignment. Agreed in advance: what we do, how much time it takes and when it is done.
  3. We leave things in good order. At the end there is something you can carry on with yourselves.
